Job description:<br><br> <strong>Role Purpose</strong> <p> </p> <p>Improved service for business customers</p> <p> </p> <strong>Job Accountabilities &amp; Activities</strong> <p> </p> <p><strong>Project management</strong></p> <p>Monitoring the performance of projects for the business sector and preparing reports for this task.</p> <p><strong>Evaluation</strong></p> <p>Inventory and solve customer problems and assess the level of service provided to the client and prepare reports for this task.</p> <p><strong>Staff management</strong></p> <p>Monitor Staff performance and prepare reports for this task</p> <p><strong>Follow-up operations</strong></p> <p>Monitor the follow-up of ATM cards, insurance cards, Iqama cards accommodation, etc.</p> <p><strong>Development &amp; organization</strong></p> <p>Develop and organize the Section by improving procedures, restructuring the department and preparing reports for this task</p> <p><strong>Performance indicators</strong></p> <p>Develop criteria to measure the performance indicators of the department and to measure the quality of the submission and prepare reports for this task</p> <p><strong>Payments follow ups &amp; Collection</strong></p> <p>Monitoring for following up with the monthly invoice payments of business clients And payments Collecting customer</p> <p><strong>Delivery of workers</strong></p> <p>Managing delivery workers to customers and receive workers whom return from customers</p> <p> </p> <strong>Education &amp; Certifications</strong> <p> </p> <p>Bachelor degree in Bussines Adminstration. </p> <p> </p> <strong>Required Years of Experience</strong> <p> </p> <p>2 Years’ Experience</p>
