<p>Position: Director of Sales</p><p>Location: KSA – Riyadh</p><p>Reports to: Miral Experience Abu Dhabi</p><p><br></p><p>Overview: The Director of Sales at MIRAL Experience holds a critical position in driving</p><p>sales growth in the KSA Market, as well as overseeing the GCC and Egypt markets. As the</p><p>director, you will take the lead in collaborating with a team of 2 Sales Managers to develop</p><p>and execute effective sales strategies, establish, and nurture relationships with key</p><p>stakeholders, and boost revenue through the promotion and sale of MIRAL Experience</p><p>products and services. Your exceptional leadership and expertise as the director will be</p><p>instrumental in ensuring the company’s success in these markets.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>β’ Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the KSA market, with a focus on</p><p>trade and MICE segments.</p><p>β’ Lead the Trade and MICE teams, providing guidance and support to ensure targets</p><p>are met.</p><p>β’ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel trade partners,</p><p>airlines, event planners, and other influencers.</p><p>β’ Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to increase</p><p>awareness of Abu Dhabi as a destination for trade and MICE events.</p><p>β’ Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on trends, consumer</p><p>preferences, and competition.</p><p>β’ Collaborate with other departments within the organization to drive results and</p><p>achieve business goals.</p><p>β’ Attend trade shows, events, and industry conferences to promote Abu Dhabi and</p><p>develop new business opportunities.</p><p>β’ Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as all</p><p>relevant local laws and regulations.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>β’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.</p><p>β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in the tourism or travel industry, with a focus</p><p>on trade and MICE segments.</p><p>β’ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.</p><p>β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.</p><p>β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>β’ Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.</p><p>β’ Knowledge of the KSA travel and tourism market, including consumer trends, key</p><p>players, and competition.</p><p>β’ Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.</p><p>β’ Fluency in English & Arabic (Must be their mother tongue)</p><p><br></p><ul><li>If you are interested, please send you resume to ramy.elkhange@clavigerme.com</li></ul><li><br></li>
