<p><strong>Country:</strong></p><p>KSA</p><p><br></p><p><strong>City:</strong></p><p>Riyadh</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Objective:</strong></p><p>Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and operations of the firm’s middle and back office transaction processing systems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do!</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Conducting business analysis of accounting, clearance, and settlement processes, procedures, and policies.</p><p>· Collaborates with product, finance, and operations groups across the firm to ensure efficient and accurate processing of all of the firm’s digital asset transactions.</p><p>· Work closely with key stakeholders to define and develop detailed product and business requirements.</p><p>· Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements are understood and implemented as requested.</p><p>· Liaising between the organization and clients, for quality assurance purposes.</p><p>· Overseeing the operations of the organization and making any necessary changes to meet business goals and projections.</p><p>· Create and put into action business strategies, plans, and procedures.</p><p>· Analyze and interpret data and metrics to assess performance.</p><p>· Ensure compliance with local and international laws.</p><p>· Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.</p><p>· Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What should you have?.</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>· +7 years of experience in brokerage operations and accounting and the transaction lifecycle from order execution through clearance and settlement to final custody.</p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or business administration or any related field.</p><p>· Master’s degree or certification in business administration is a plus</p><p>· Knowledge Developing product documentation including specifications, wireframes, site maps, and process flows</p><p>· Knowledge of quality management systems</p><p>· Experience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis</p><p>· Experience in building a data-driven organization</p><p>· Significant knowledge and experience with transactional accounting and trade execution systems, including order management and electronic trading systems.</p>
