<p>Our client is one of the leading companies in the Event Management industry and They are now looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their team in Riyadh.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Business Task Management: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for closely following and managing various business tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient execution.</li><li>CEO Schedule Oversight: Maintaining and organizing the CEO’s busy schedule, including setting appointments, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel plans.</li><li>Report Preparation: Generating and preparing reports on a regular basis to present to relevant stakeholders, requiring excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze PNL (Profit and Loss) statements.</li><li>Meeting Management: Facilitating and organizing meetings, both internal and external, and taking accurate minutes when necessary.</li><li>Special Projects: Assisting the CEO in handling special projects and tasks from other related parties, requiring adaptability and the ability to work on diverse assignments.</li><li>Management Initiatives: Supporting and coordinating management initiatives directed by the CEO, ensuring their successful implementation.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative capacity is preferred.</li><li>Strong business acumen and understanding, potentially with experience in managing a business or being a business owner.</li><li>Familiarity with reading and analyzing PNL (Profit and Loss) statements is essential.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanor to represent the CEO when required.</li><li>Proven track record of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.</li><li>Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling applications.</li><li>Fluency in English is required, and additional language proficiency is a plus.</li></ul>
