<strong>Overview</strong><p><br></p><strong> Position </strong><p><br></p><strong> Unifier </strong><strong> Manager </strong><p><br></p><strong> Job Code </strong><p><br></p><strong> Reports to </strong><p><br></p>PMIS Delivery Manager<p><br></p><strong> Direct Reports </strong><p><br></p><strong> Division/Section </strong><p><br></p>Information Technology<p><br></p><strong> Department </strong><p><br></p>Business Applications<p><br></p><strong> Sector </strong><p><br></p>Shared Services<p><br></p><strong> Job Family </strong><p><br></p><strong> Role Purpose </strong><p><br></p>The role support the business users to identify, define and design their business processes on Unifier.<p><br></p>This role is part of the PMIS Center of Excellence and the high quality of service Corporate IT provides to the business.<p><br></p><strong>Key Accountabilities &amp; Activities</strong><p><br></p><strong> System Administration </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Perform Administration tasks / create / maintain / amend / disable users </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> User Support </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Respond to general assistance requests in accordance with existing service levels. </li><li> Provide technical issue resolution and basic user training. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> PMIS HelpDesk </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Work with the PMIS Helpdesk to log all system issues in the PMIS Helpdesk that are not able to be resolved internally. </li><li> Co-ordinate change requests and system enhancements. </li><li> Approve testing (UAT) and signal readiness for migration to PROD on behalf of Corporate IT. </li><li> Manage and co-ordinate until solution provided and fix applied to the system. </li><li> Assist with user communication during issue resolution. </li><li> In coordination with the vendor, provide monthly system usage and exception reports. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Interfacing with Sectors and Regions </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> The Lead of PMIS – Unifier works closely with the Business (Sectors &amp; Regions) to identify their expectations, provide demos, gather requirements, design business processes and provide training. </li><li> The Unifier Lead acts as an internal consultant to the business. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Background, Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><strong> Knowledge, Skills and Experience </strong><p><br></p><strong> Expected Experience: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum 4 years of experience with database administration that encompasses configuration, troubleshooting and technical support. </li><li> Project Management knowledge </li><li> Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills </li><li> Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines while delivering high quality results. </li><li> Ability to think analytically and logically. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills Specification</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Unifier Administration </li><li> Knowledge of systems (operating systems, software installation and configurations). </li><li> Oracle SQL </li><li> Ability to execute system testing </li><li> Strong communication skills </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> A recognized bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent qualification/experience. </li><li> Familiar with the notion of computer coding and programming, project management, customizations and configuration. </li><li> Web technology and network experience or similar. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> COMMUNICATION – MAIN STAKEHOLDERS </strong><p><br></p><strong> Internal </strong><p><br></p><strong> External </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> IT Team </li><li> Public Safety / Projects departments </li><li> HR </li><li> NEOM Sectors &amp; Regions </li><li> PMIS Support team </li><li> Integration vendors </li><li> NEOM Contractors</li></ul>
