Job Description
<p>SAP Success Factor Consultant at JCI, We are seeking a full-time candidate with SAP SD experience to fill SAP<strong> SD Consultant </strong>position. The incumbent will require a strong background in the SAP SD area in addition to good background on CS / PS area. He / She will be responsible for eliciting business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and supporting new and existing implementations for global entities.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform analysis and configuration in SAP SD module, specifically in areas of customer master and order to cash process</li><li>Consult with other team members on configuration design questions and analysis</li><li>Participate in all project stages with accountability for eliciting, validating, and documenting business requirements and documenting functional designs</li><li>Resolve complex business requirements</li><li>Create a testing strategy and ensure all functionality is tested prior to production deployment</li><li>Work closely with the Change and Release Management team to ensure representation and coordination of the project throughout the change and release process</li><li>Provide the appropriate level of communication to Digital Technology and business team members and stakeholders in support of the project or work</li><li>Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful completion of project deliverables</li></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years of experience working with SAP Sales and Distribution Module</li><li>1-2 years of experience working with SAP Customer Services and Project System</li><li>Ability to debug ABAP code when analyzing issues</li><li>Experience with S4 HANA</li><li>Proficiency in English is required</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline such as computer science or engineering</li><li>Ability to prioritize and resolve complex business issues</li><li>Experience working with global teams</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization</li><li>Strong problem solving and teamwork skills</li></ul><p></p>
