The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that IT services are delivered in a highly available and resilient manner, with minimal impact to business operations in the event of a disruption. The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in IT service management and be well-versed in ITIL framework, with a proven ability to manage complex IT Service Continuity management process in a high-pressure environment.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Key responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Define the process objectives and mission.</li><li>Optimize the process design.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end IT Service Continuity Management process execution.</li><li>Set and monitor performance targets to measure the effectiveness of the IT Service Continuity Management process: define and track KPIs, communicate performance with the relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Plan and manage process improvement opportunities collaborating with the relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT Service Continuity management process is integrated with other IT service management processes.</li><li>Develop and maintain the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) strategy and policies, procedures, and work instructions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.</li><li>Facilitate communication and awareness of IT Service Continuity Management process and procedures with stakeholders.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to IT staff and business stakeholders on the IT Service Continuity Management process.</li><li>Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses (BIAs) to identify potential threats and vulnerabilitie</li><li>Develop and implement ITSCM plans and procedures to mitigate identified risks and ensure that the company’s cloud services are highly available and resilient.</li><li>Conduct regular ITSCM testing and exercises to validate the effectiveness of the plans and procedures.</li><li>Provide regular ITSCM reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.</li><li>Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in ITSCM and ensure that the company’s ITSCM practices remain relevant and effective.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>10+ years experience in IT Operations/Support with 5+ year’s experience in IT service management, with a focus on IT Service Continuity Management.</li><li>Strong understanding of ITIL framework and related processes – ITIL certification is a must.</li><li>Experience with cloud service management tools, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud would be as advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience with cloud services and products would be as advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with other process owners/managers and stakeholders.</li></ul>
