<p>DR FARIS ALHADDAJ HOSPITAL is looking for an<strong> HR Specialist</strong> to join the team and work in <u>Sakaka Aljouf, Saudi Arabia</u> where he/she will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. HR Specialist will be responsible for administrative tasks and will contribute to making the hospital a better place to work. HR Specialist will be responsible for corporate team-building and leadership activities and should have knowledge of various HR functions with a committed and approachable individual with character and skills to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers. In addition to preparing employees performance reports of daily activity as requested for management and assists management in month end reporting as requested.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems</li><li>Provide counseling on policies and procedures</li><li>Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.</li><li>Create and implement effective onboarding plans</li><li>Develop training and development programs</li><li>Assist in performance management processes</li><li>Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues</li><li>Assist in writing employees unified contracts</li><li>Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, performance etc.) according to Saudi labor policy and legal requirements</li><li>Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliancey</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>路 BSc/BA in human recourses, business administration, social studies or relevant field</p><p>路 Proven experience as HR officer, <u>administrator</u> or other HR position</p><p>路 Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, evaluation, training & development etc.)</p><p>路 Understanding of local Saudi labor laws and disciplinary procedures</p><p>路 Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus</p><p>路 Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities</p><p>路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>路 Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude</p><p>路 Strong ethics and reliability</p><p>路 HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)</p><p>路 Excellent command of oral and written English</p><p>路 Flexible and able to work under pressure</p><p>路 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About</strong></p><p>Dr Faris Alhaddaj Hospital is the only private healthcare provider in the region and holds many different specialties and clinics.
