We are seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to help us deliver high-quality projects to our clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>BIM ENGINEERS</u></strong></p><p><u>QUALIFICATIONS:</u></p><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>More than 3-5 Years of experience in the respected field (Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical).</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span> Must have a Degree BE/B-Tech/B-Arch /Diploma/DME </span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Excellent skills in AutoCAD Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD & other related Software.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Must have Experience in handling GCC projects.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><u>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></p><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Lead the modelling team.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Manage and maintain the BIM model and keep it up to date with the latest design changes.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Decision-making in coordination with respect to project specification, Material Specification, applicable norms,</span></li></ul><p><span>Model collaboration, Federation, etc..,.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Creating detailed construction drawings that include all necessary information for manufacturing and installation, such as material types and quantities required, etc.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Must have deep System knowledge.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>QC of Model development.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Attend meetings as needed to represent the BIM modelling team.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Stay up to date on the latest BIM software and technologies.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Manage the BIM server and ensure that it is running smoothly.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>ABOUT US</p><p> </p><p>Technical Xperts Group(TXG) is an international technology resource provider with the strength of technical expertise and years of experience.
