Follow us on LinkedIn , Twitter , and Facebook .<p><br></p>The Delivery Manager will manage multiple fast-paced enterprise-level transformation projects leveraging the Delphix platform. This position offers experienced Project Managers the opportunity to lead the scoping &amp; pricing, analysis, planning, and execution of all project governance functions for Delphix Services engagements. In this role, you will manage the project budget, scope, schedule, and people management to cultivate a motivating and productive working environment. Candidates should have experience simultaneously handling multiple engagements leveraging consulting team members and clients across different locations. This role requires articulating the value our solution provides customers and reporting to the International Senior Director of Services.<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Accountable for the management of solution implementation projects, with responsibility for ensuring that Delphix and its subcontractors meet all requirements in implementing quality solutions to the Customer within contractually agreed time and cost plans articulated in the statement of work</li><li>Project scoping &amp; pricing duties include working with Delphix Sales Team to capture requirements; develop the level of effort; price services; create the statement of work; ensure proper internal approvals in partnership with Delphix Finance, Contracts and Sales Operations; and recommend the appropriate package of services to Customers that position them for long term success, adoption and renewal</li><li>Project planning duties include working with Field Services to create a budget and project plan for Solution Architecture, Technical Specialist Delivery, Training, and deployment of the Delphix Solution. Planning includes building realistic time estimates, work plans, and schedules that reflect budget, project milestones, and staffing mix</li><li>Project management duties include coordinating activities for the Delphix Team, its subcontractors and Client resources in conjunction with the Client Champion and Project Manager, coordinating with Delphix Portfolio Management to ensure project progress and risks are appropriately communicated and documented &amp; ensuring that changes in scope or schedule are justified, covered financially and agreed to by appropriate decision-makers</li><li>Risk and issue management duties, including anticipating, reporting and addressing potential issues to minimise project impact &amp; tracking and reporting on project risks with corresponding contingencies and priorities</li><li>Project communications duties, including documenting &amp; communicating team status, task accomplishment, and future direction to Sales Executives, Field Service Management, Alliances Management, and Portfolio Management. This includes coordinating meetings with the Field Services Team, Subcontractors and Client Team resources &amp; providing guidance to the team based on management direction</li><li>Project control includes monitoring and reporting project milestones, costs, and budget forecasts</li><li>Ability to travel to Customer meetings onsite across the EMEA region</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Required Skills</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>At least five years of experience implementing software solutions to external customers as a project manager or team lead</li><li>At least two years of experience scoping, pricing and generating commercials for software implementation solutions for external customers</li><li>Proven customer-facing experience within remote team services implementation organisations</li><li>Proven IT project management implementation experience and the ability to manage multiple projects across the portfolio</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills</li><li>Outstanding oral and written communication skills</li><li>Budgeting and controlling experience </li><li>Ability to effectively influence internal team members and customer stakeholders through consensus building and ability to get results through others</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, symbiotic team environment</li><li>Ability to work in multi-contract environments with partners and system integrators</li><li>An innate sense of empathy and the ability to bring calm &amp; order to stressful situations</li><li>Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, XP, etc.) and supporting technologies (bug tracking, source control, change management)</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Desirable Skills</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Salesforce, OpenAir, Google Suite</li><li>Previous experience in project management delivery of virtualization or masking solutions</li><li>A European language </li></ul><p><br></p>$120,000 – $137,500 a year<p><br></p>The minimum and maximum targets for the salary range of this U.S. based full-time position are $120,000 to $137,500. The full compensation package may include variable compensation (annual bonus or commission), benefits, and equity. We determine each salary range based on your job level and work location.
