Find out more https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E<p><br></p>Do you want to work for a global player, where we care about ethics, inclusion and diversity and our people?<p><br></p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.</li><li>Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.</li><li>Operate within the Assortment and SIOP process in Middle East. Liaise with EMEA SIOP team to ensure coordination and alignment with EMEA capacity planning.</li><li>Manage SIOP process&amp; Use and maintain Demantra as the primary forecasting system tool.</li><li>Implement and maintain Inventory and Material Management Strategies for all Finished Goods by regular review and optimisation of inventory parameters and levels (e.g. safety stock, ABC / FMR / LSO categorisation).</li><li>Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence (finished goods and raw materials).</li><li>Achieve goal of high material availability while optimizing inventory mix and balancing local production planning.</li><li>Drive DOH &amp; E&amp;O reduction, along with improving the health of the inventory.</li><li>Contribute towards high service level to customers and ensure corrective action are put in place (root cause analysis and action plan).</li><li>Coordinate with other Supply Chain and other internal customers.</li><li>Set up of optimized materials planning process, systems and parameters to fulfil overall goals (MRP)</li><li>Plan replenishment across the Distribution Centre network (DRP) by maintaining the accuracy of plans to reflect feasible replenish plans.</li><li>Extraction of BOQ’S from CRM &amp; consolidation.</li><li>Coordinate with other Supply Chain and other internal customers towards achieving all Material Kpi including and not limited to Stock Fill Rates / OTP/ ETC…</li><li>Control and deploy default MRP parameters / Purchasing Groups.</li><li>Develop key suppliers to achieve financial and performance targets through deployment of proper supply planning.</li><li>Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.</li><li>Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.</li><li>Lead the Assortment and SIOP process in Middle East.</li><li>Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool, Demand Solutions and Demantra interfaces.</li><li>Implement and maintain Inventory and Material Management Strategies for all Finished Goods by regular review and optimisation of inventory parameters and levels (e.g. safety stock, ABC / FMR categorisation).</li><li>Integrated SIOP program for all operations to achieve financial objectives. Lead the monthly SIOP process (integrating forecasts, open orders, capacity and material ordering levels).</li><li>Maintenance Air-Ocean ratio to maintain an optimal balance between lead time and cost.</li><li>Supervise all aspects of Supply Chain in adherence with Corporate, and Divisional policies to achieve business goals including adherence to Materials Management Assessment (MMA) for the ME business.</li><li>Implement and facilitate lead time reduction initiatives and Service level actions related to material availability in DDC.</li><li>Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence (finished goods and raw materials).</li><li>Monthly / Quarterly / Year Inventory Forecasts and DOH control actions.</li><li>Sales order cancellation quantitative analysis and control tower.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Are you?<br><br><strong>Required<br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 10 yeaars of relevant experince, SIOP &amp; Demantra experience is mandatory<br><br></li></ul>We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
