If you have a passion for sleep science, wellness, and wish to play a transformative role in corporate cultures, this position is for you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>💤 Develop and implement personalized sleep health programs tailored to our clients’ specific needs</li><li>📊 Monitor the progress of initiatives, providing regular updates, and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure program success</li><li>💼 Build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to achieve wellness objectives</li><li>📝 Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies</li><li>📈 Evaluate the effectiveness of sleep wellness programs through data analysis, feedback, and market trends</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Sleep Science, Psychology, or a similar field; Advanced degree preferred</li><li>👔 Previous experience in the wellness, health, or fitness industries, specifically focusing on sleep health</li><li>👩🔬 Certified Sleep Health Professional or equivalent certification</li><li>🤝 Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams</li><li>💻 Proficient in sleep health assessment tools and MS Office Suite</li><li>🗣 Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
