Mosaic holds distribution rights across the region, representing some of the world’s leading healthcare partners and educational publishers since year 2011. </p><p> </p><p>Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Job Summary: -</u></strong></p><p>The Spine Scrub Technician will assist in surgical procedures related to spine surgeries. They will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the surgical environment, ensuring proper sterilization of instruments, and providing support to the surgical team during procedures. </p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities: -</u></strong></p><p>· Prepare the operating room for Spine surgeries, including setting up surgical instruments, equipment and sterile supplies.</p><p>· Maintain a sterile field and adhere to proper infection control protocols. </p><p>· Ensure the proper functioning and availability of surgical equipment and instruments. </p><p>· Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols during surgery and in the operating room. </p><p> </p><p> <strong><u>Qualification, Skills & Experience required: -</u></strong></p><p>· Bachelors degree or Equivalent. </p><p>· Minimum prior experience of 2 years as a scrub technician, preferably in Spine or Orthopaedics. </p><p>· Knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and procedures used in spine surgeries.</p><p>· Strong understanding of sterile techniques and infection control procedures.</p><p>· Ability to work well in fast – paced surgical environment and handle stressful situations.</p><p>· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</p><p>· UAE driving License (Additional)</p><p>· UAE experience Mandatory. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>If you match the above skill sets, kindly can share your resume on hr@mozaicintl.com</p><p> </p>
