This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join their growing and highly successful team based in Abu Dhabi. The team has a flexible mandate, seeking opportunities across the capital stack and through different modes of access. <strong>What the job involves</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management</li><li>Developing and analysing financial models</li><li>Leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners </li><li>Working alongside other top-tier asset managers / private equity funds on co-investment opportunities</li></ul> <strong>Who we are looking for</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience of working in a restate M&A / investment banking team of a top-tier investment bank or fund, focused on the USA</li><li>Outstanding academics from a top-tier university</li><li>Strong business acumen and high professional integrity</li></ul>
