Previous experience is traffic experience of a large team in an agency is absolutely mandatory. Open to candidates interested in relocating to Dubai. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to multitask, organize and collaborate with both client servicing and creative teams.</li><li>Juggle a wide variety of creative requests from multiple clients servicing teams with competing deadlines and limited resources and understanding of project timelines</li><li>Strong decision-making and prioritization ensure jobs are effectively trafficked and timelines adjusted as and when needed </li><li>Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project</li><li>Distribute assignments to in-house creative teams depending on their availability and priorities</li><li>Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly</li><li>Maintain job files and check creative output</li><li><span>Effectively communicate requests and assignments from client servicing to their team, which includes getting content creators to meet deadlines and follow up, pushing back when client servicing makes unrealistic requests, and making sure everyone is satisfied with project timelines.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What do you need?</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent English and Arabic communication skills</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of traffic management in a mainstream advertising agency is mandatory</li><li>Team management experience, time management<span>, an eye for detail, and problem-solving skills. </span> </li><li><span>Excellent people management skills. </span></li><li>Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel to create team structures, assess gaps and maximize creative output</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why work with us?</strong></p><ul><li>Comprehensive package based on experience and skill set that includes medical and public holidays as per labor laws</li><li>Hybrid work setting – 3 days work from home and 2 days work from home</li><li>Vacation leaves during the first year of employment is 24 days which extends to 28 days after 2 years of work tenure (plus local public holidays)</li><li>Ongoing professional development support via training and mentoring</li><li>Entitled to two months of fully paid maternity leave</li><li>Entitled to 4 weeks of work from anywhere in the world </li><li>You will join a diverse, globally distributed team passionate about content creation</li></ul><p><br></p>
