Job Description

<p>The ideal candidate will have a corporate law background, responsible for in-house legal matters and administer investment portfolio of Investors in the international markets including property, equity, stock trading etc. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide legal support to the various internal departments. </li><li>Administer international investment portfolio. </li><li>Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements.</li><li>Take preemptive measures to avoid risks and conflicts.</li></ul><p>Desired Education &amp; Experience:</p><ul><li>Degree in Law from an International University </li><li>Exposure to Investments in an International market </li><li>3+ years’ legal work experience</li><li>Admission to any United States State Bar</li></ul>
