We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for building and sustaining a strong brand presence and can drive our brand strategies to new heights.</p><p><br></p><p><span>Responsibilities:</span></p><p><span>- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive GCC brand plans in alignment with the global brand strategy.</span></p><p><span>- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis of the brand to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities</span></p><p><span>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on day to day basis to execute brand strategy and help improve brand sales.</span></p><p><span>- Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics such as </span><span>category division mix, sell through in season and core, price points, pareto analysis, SKU efficiency of previous seasons on weekly and monthly basis</span><span>, including YTD performance, share data-driven recommendations for improvement with Senior brand manager</span></p><p><span>-Work on sell in tools such as Trasix E catalogues including pricing & segmentation for internal and external partners to be able to place seasonal orders.</span></p><p><span>-Seasonal graphics change before season launch in coordination with RBM team for showroom set up</span></p><p><span>-Order consolidation, review purchases by categories and ensure they are consistent with brand targets in terms of contractual numbers, category & product mix.</span></p><p><span>-Samples follow up with brand and logistics team to ensure all samples are received in time for showroom set ups.</span></p><p><span>- Identify new opportunities for brand growth and expansion, and work with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives</span></p><p><span>- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek innovative ways to enhance brand positioning and visibility.</span></p><p> </p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in fashion or a related field;</p><p>- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management or a related role</p><p>- Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles, with a proven track record of successful brand development and product management</p><p>- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners</p><p>- Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas and trends in the industry</p><p>- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a strategic thinker and have a genuine passion for creating memorable brand experiences, we would love to hear from you!
