<p>The Sales Executive at Al Tayer Group plays a pivotal role in driving sales and achieving revenue targets. This position involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Sales Generation: Actively engage with potential customers, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their needs and promote the Group’s products and services. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive sales and achieve individual and team targets.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management: Establish and foster long-term relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support. Understand customer preferences, offer personalized recommendations, and address any concerns or queries promptly and effectively.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Group’s product portfolio, including features, benefits, and pricing. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.</li><li>Sales Process Management: Effectively manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals. Utilize CRM systems and tools to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports.</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, inventory, and after-sales support, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Share customer feedback, market insights, and sales opportunities to contribute to business growth and improvement.</li><li>Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities, understand customer demands, and assess market trends. Use this information to develop effective sales strategies and approaches.</li><li>Sales Administration: Complete all necessary administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, maintaining accurate records, and managing documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or a related industry.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.</li><li>Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related tools.</li><li>Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous.</li></ul><p><br></p>
