Job Description
An Energy company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Graphic Designer to help create unified content (presentation templates, print material e.g. profiles, brochures..etc) for the different divisions within the company.<p><br></p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software </li><li> Create engaging and aesthetically-pleasing Powerpoint presentations and templates that are easy to use </li><li> Create engaging print media such as company profile booklets, brochures, business cards…etc using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator </li><li> Create templates for a variety of document types on Microsoft Word </li><li> Conceptualize visuals based on requirements </li><li> Determine specific requirements for all documents and templates to be produced. This involves communicating with different users/stakeholders to uncover how the templates will be used, who the audience is, whether different versions are required…etc </li><li> Work iteratively – start with showing rough draft and amend designs continually following feedback </li><li> Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements1)Proven Graphic Designing Experience</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> A strong portfolio is a must </li><li> Skilled knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Suite design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) </li><li> Skilled knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite software (Powerpoint, Word) </li><li> A keen eye for aesthetics and details </li><li> Excellent communication skills </li><li> Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines </li><li> Creating and maintaining websites (WordPress skills) is a big plus </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Please include a link to your portfolio in your CV</u></strong><p><br></p>
