Job location: Abu Dhabi<p><br></p>Job title: Legal Counsel<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities Include But Ot Limited To</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Provide advice and counsel for global operational and strategic legal matters and ensure that</li></ul><p><br></p>the company’s business decisions and actions comply with the laws and regulations of the<p><br></p>UAE.<p><br></p><ul><li> Interact with various departments within the business on a daily basis.</li><li> Bachelor’s Degree in Law from an accredited law school and 3 to 5 years of corporate </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Law Experience.</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Knowledge of Legal principles and practices, including contract, employment, administrative</li></ul><p><br></p>and business law and procedures.<p><br></p><ul><li> Knowledge of local laws, codes and regulations.</li><li> Conducting legal research and reviewing company’s litigation strategy pertaining to legal</li></ul><p><br></p>actions.
