<p>We are seeking a Senior Analyst for our Human Resources team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing a range of HR data and identifying trends and insights that can inform business strategies. You will be a key liaison between the HR team and other departments, providing important insights and recommendations that will help drive the companyโ€™s overall success. The successful candidate will have a passion for data and analytics and be able to work collaboratively with other stakeholders to achieve common goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct analyses of HR data, including hiring trends, employee retention rates, and compensation data</li><li>Work closely with the HR team and other departments to identify key metrics and KPIs that will inform HR strategies</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track progress against HR goals</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis of HR data</li><li>Collaborate with external partners and vendors to collect and analyze data as needed</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to HR analytics</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs as needed</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field</li><li>3+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related field</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience working with large datasets and building data models</li><li>Expertise in data visualization and dashboard development</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in an easily understandable way</li><li>Knowledge of HR processes and practices</li><li>Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools</li></ul>
