<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>Senior Account Manager is to supervise account representatives to ensure customer needs are met. He / She is responsible for creating new business by identifying profitable opportunities.</p><p><strong>Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies.</li><li>Supervise and support account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.</li><li>Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.</li><li>Use client feedback to improve customer experience.</li><li>Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements.</li><li>Identify and approach potential clients.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency.</li><li>Stay up to date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team.</li><li>The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns</li><li>Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability.</li><li>Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level</li><li>Generating accurate reports and status notification</li><li>Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients</li><li>Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget</li><li>Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team, and the agency in the most productive direction.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Skills and Experience Required</strong></p><ul><li>Significant experience in professional client relationship management</li><li>The ability to plan and strategies at a senior level.</li><li>A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Effective team management capabilities</li><li>A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints</li><li>Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms</li><li>The willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas.</li><li>The ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team.</li><li>Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets </li><li>Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences. </li><li>Has enough experience in IT Software Solutions, ECM, big data, Analytics, BI, Web Content Management, Enterprise solutions, Archiving, etc. Ability to focus on the essentials, capacity for abstraction and sound judgment.</li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>BS in Computer Science or MS Engineering</li><li>Master’s Degree is a plus.</li></ul><p></p>
