<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></p><p>ARANER is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Electrical Engineer’s team .The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide our clients with the quality service expected from ARANER.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Previous knowledge of EPC Industrial Projects with Electrical background is necessary for success within this role.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: </strong>The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong><u>Resident in KSA</u></strong></li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Previous employment of the same/similar position, or a minimum of 4 years of experience in Industrial EPC Projects.</li><li>Experience in MV and LV equipment.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic as a second language will be extra.</li><li>Solid analytical and critical thinking ability – using logic and reasoning to plan resources, identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Multi-tasking, self-motivated, and energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.</li><li>In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles</li><li>Outstanding communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Self-learning &amp; self-motivation&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to lead functional managers and heads in all technical, commercial, contracts, SCM, Project management, Planning, Quality, HR, and financial aspects of the project</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong>Working under the direct supervision of the Electrical Construction Manager, the successful candidate should be able to oversee and manage the Industrial EPC Project by closely working with the stakeholders having the following responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the Engineering and Projects Management Departments to determine the specifications of the project within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters.</li><li>Execute projects agreed-upon strategy with the Project Management and Engineering</li><li>Departments determining all the activities needed to ensure that the objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters mitigating project risks.</li><li>Set targets, objectives, and clear responsibilities for all supervised staff, progressively monitor individual performance against the agreed criteria, and conduct formal appraisals in keeping with time frames.</li><li>Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.</li><li>Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.</li><li>Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.</li><li>Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc. and give them guidance when needed</li><li>Evaluate progress and review the reports performed by his team.</li><li>Manage project documentation (drawings, datasheets, plans, certificates, Quotations, proposals, receipts, invoices, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with procurement, suppliers &amp; vendors during the proposal/ bid/ quote stage to ensure a competitive and cost-effective solution is proposed.</li><li>Manage and oversee upgrades and changes in the design strategy of projects to ensure all the changes have been captured as per business unit requirements.</li><li>Review and evaluate work plan documents, drawings, and approve deliverables at each work stage.</li><li>Keep up to date about the knowledge of different materials, suppliers, fit-out companies, etc.</li><li>Contribute and review the project Key Performance Indicators to determine accurately the status of the project, making tactical decisions for allocating resources and assigning staff requirements, to maintain the project on target.</li><li>Manage changes to the Engineering scope and assist in obtaining written client approval on all changes before proceeding with work.</li><li>Prepare reports for corrective actions if the project becomes behind schedule or overspends budget, and suggest recovery plan under the direction of Projects Director.</li><li>Ensure proper closeout of the project including transmittal of final documentation to the client.</li><li>Ensure project invoicing is timely, accurate, and in accordance with contract invoicing guidelines&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure and assumes responsibility for the safe execution of the project according to all health and safety standards and report issues.</li></ul>
