<p><strong><u>Main Duties:</u></strong><u> </u></p><p>Provide full consulting support, promote the effective recruitment operation, salary, performance appraisal and staff training.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provide sufficient human resources support and talent guarantee.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.</li><li>Provide counseling on policies and procedures.</li><li>Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.</li><li>Ensure Effective utilization of the local recruitment quote (nationalization target).</li><li>Responsible for creating all the onboarding documents, inductions, and documentation of new employee.</li><li>Responsible to ensure compliance to localized laws and requirements such as contracts, visa, Iqama status, tax information, social security, and other related information and documents,</li><li>Implement effective tracking tools for timely visa renewal process.</li><li>Manage HR related eservice portals; including but not limited to, MUQEEM, GOSI, MOFA, QIWAMUDAD and the ministry of Human Resources.</li><li>Maintain employee records on an ongoing basis according to policy and legal requirements. Β·</li><li>Assist in payroll.</li><li>Assist in resolving staff complaints and grievances.</li><li>Control and update disciplinary action procedures as per Saudi Labor Law.</li><li>Responsible for resignations, terminations, and conducting exit interviews.</li><li>Handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, managing office supplies stock and placing orders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> <u>Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>2-5 of proven experience in a similar role.</li><li>Excellent English &amp; Arabic communication skills (reading, writing &amp; speaking)</li><li>Well-versed in Saudi Arabia Law.</li><li>Well-versed in onboarding foreign labor and handling all relevant requirements such as Block visas, work visas, business visa, family affairs, iqama, GOSI, benefits, and Saudi Government related portals.</li><li>Multi-tasking, problem solver</li></ul>
