Neo offers solutions directly to banks and other financial institutions, empowering them to better penetrate their customer base and strengthen the proposition for HNI’s.<p><br></p>Neo is a subsidiary of NBK Capital, the investment arm of the National Bank of Kuwait.<p><br></p><strong>Job Overview</strong><p><br></p>Neo Mena Technologies is currently looking for a UI/UX designer to enrich their skills and grow as part of a team in the heart of digital innovation.<p><br></p>You will be responsible for implementing the design of new features and interfaces across platforms while heavily involved in brainstorming with product and development teams.<p><br></p>To bring designs to life, you should be an excellent team member whilst also showing resourcefulness and the ability to work through challenging problems. If you are a passionate designer who is willing to take the lead, we want to hear from you!<p><br></p>Successful candidates and team members are promised to grow as our company grows!<p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and functional user interfaces</li><li>Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering</li><li>Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards</li><li>Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods</li><li>Monitoring at all steps of software development from integration, testing, releasing to deployment and infrastructure management</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers and work in an agile environment</li><li>Lead and guide the UI/UX design process, from conceptualization to final implementation</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives</li><li>Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform the design process</li><li>Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to demonstrate design concepts and ideas</li><li>Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across products</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia/ Web &amp; Digital Design</li><li>2+ years’ of experience in Web &amp; Digital design with illustration skills is a must</li><li>Strong UI/UX fundamentals</li><li>Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies</li><li>Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps</li><li>Experience using tools such as: Illustrator, InVision, Photoshop </li><li>Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices</li><li>Portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and successful projects</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Considered a plus:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience working with responsive design and mobile app design</li><li>Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools</li><li>Experience working in the fintech and investments industry</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><strong>What we offer</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Continuous learning</li><li>Friendly work environment</li><li>Hybrid work philosophy (in-office + remote)</li><li>Pay in US Dollars</li><li>Bonus scheme</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Central Beirut location</li></ul>
