Innovation Consulting Group ICG, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive technology solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. They will play a key role in defining the architecture for enterprise-scale systems, ensuring their scalability, reliability, and performance. Their expertise will be crucial in guiding and supporting the development teams throughout the software development life cycle. This is a challenging and exciting role, with opportunities to work with a dynamic team of professionals and help shape the future of our company.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Define and develop the overall software architecture for enterprise-level systems</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions</li><li>Create architectural designs and documentation to guide software development teams</li><li>Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms to support the company’s needs</li><li>Ensure compliance with architectural policies, standards, and best practices</li><li>Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to architecture and design</li><li>Lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and support</li><li>Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to align technology solutions across the organization</li><li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in enterprise architecture</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field</li><li>At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture design and development</li><li>Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF</li><li>Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems</li><li>Experience with cloud technologies and architectures</li><li>Knowledge of Agile development methodologies</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders</li><li>Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment preferred</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li></ul>
