Job Description

Dar Al Fouad Hospital in Nasr City is currently seeking a Head Nurse for their ICU department. <br><br>Responsibilities for this position may include:<br><br>- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ICU department<br>- Managing and supervising the nursing staff<br>- Ensuring that patients receive the highest quality nursing care<br>- Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans<br>- Monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to care plans<br>- Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements<br>- Promoting a positive work environment and maintaining open lines of communication with staff members<br><br>Qualifications for this position may include:<br><br>- Bachelor’s degree in nursing <br>- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ICU nursing role<br>- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred<br>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br>- Strong leadership and organizational skills<br>- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and best practices
