If you are an experienced Real Estate sales professional with a hunger to further grow your prospects in this industry, then we want to hear from you.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>To be successful in this role, you will need to be an expert in the latest projects, developments, and trends of the market have a proven track record of sales in Dubai Real Estate.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>What you are required to do</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management</span></p><p><span>Maintain, manage and qualify leads using the company CRM</span></p><p><span>Keep up to date with market trends and best practices.</span></p><p><span>Attend new project launches and industry events.</span></p><p><span>Actively be on the hunt for networking opportunities.</span></p><p><span>Introduce new projects potential clients and conduct viewings</span></p><p><span>Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>What we require</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>RERA qualification preferred</span></p><p><span>Educated to degree level</span></p><p><span>At least 3 years Real Estate sales experience in Dubai, preferably on off-plan</span></p><p><span>Must hold a UAE driver’s license with own car</span></p><p><span>Excellent negotiation and selling skills</span></p><p><span>Proven track record of achieving sales targets</span></p><p><span>Excellent communication skills, written and spoken</span></p><p><span>Flexibility to provide best service to the clients</span></p><p><span>Bilingual skills are an advantage (excellent English language is a must)</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>What We Provide</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Competitive commission structure</span></p><p><span>Laptop, phone and SIM</span></p><p><span>Strong marketing support, with daily leads from international marketing campaigns</span></p><p><span>Experienced management and leadership</span></p><p><span>Advertising on major portals</span></p><p><span>Strong administrative support</span></p><p><span>Cooperative and collaborative company environment</span></p><p><span>Industry leading CRM system</span></p><p><span>Company visa, RERA license/certification and health insurance</span></p>
