<p><strong>ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Location: Abu Dhabi, India</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Create and develop Architectural BIM Models based on IFC/contract drawings and latest information</li><li>Ensure integrity/ quality of the models</li><li>Extract documentation and shop drawings with details for BIM Models</li><li>Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation</li><li>Create BIM Model families with the required parameters and attributes for BIM based 4D simulation and 5D Quantification</li><li>Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during each stage</li><li>Determine the proper elements and scale for buildings</li><li>Create require Revit families for architectural related services</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Required Minimum 3 to 6 years hands on experience as BIM modeler/Engineer</li><li>Should have experience in High rise building projects</li><li>Should have experience in sheet/drawings extraction from BIM models</li><li>Bachelor Degree or Diploma in the field of Civil Engineering</li></ul>
