Apply now to join One team, One Kroll.<br>RESPONSIBILITIES<br>The Manager will work as part of the Data Insights and Forensics practice. This role involves the ability to assist teams in collaborative problem solving and execution. It also requires the individual to assist leadership to grow existing and build new client relationships and to bring their technical and commercial experience to shape the future of our practice. A fundamental understanding of structured and unstructured data analysis, and the correlation between the two is paramount.<br>Key responsibilities will include the following:<br>- Help develop and lead the Data Risk Management service offering for the DIF service line. This will include go to market strategy, recruiting and development of staff, developing proper technology tool stack to support the service offerings, business origination, and finally execution at a high level.<br>- The Data Risk Management service offering includes consulting services in global data regulation including privacy and digital ethics; developing, assessing and enhancing data governance programs; and finally, enhancing and optimizing client data to bring transparency to their most critical risks.<br>- Global focus on business development, client management, and relationship expansion<br>- Assess and help enhance broader Kroll innovation delivery capability<br>- Alignment and tactical integration with overall Global Data Insight, Risk, and Analytics strategy<br>- Continue to develop yourself and the Kroll Brand through thought leadership and market facing activities<br>REQUIREMENTS<br>- Strong work experience in database architecture, mapping, and analytic technologies, some of which is in the forensic and compliance area<br>- Proficient with data engineering fundamentals including data extraction, transformation and load using databases with large data volumes<br>- Excellent written and verbal communications<br>- Ability to be creative and innovative, proactively identifying opportunities<br>- Ability to work on complex problems, demonstrating good judgment in the selection of solutions.<br>- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills<br>- Strong leadership skills with the ability to articulate vision internally and externally<br>- Ability to interact with various levels within the organization including senior leadership.<br>- domestic and international travel required<br>- Process optimization and documentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)<br>- experience configuring software applications and solutions preferred<br>In order to be considered for a position, you must formally apply via careers.kroll.com.<br>Kroll is committed to creating an inclusive work environment.
