<p>Job Summary:</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of our holding company. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing high-level support. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the success of our organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.</p><p>2. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO’s review and distribution.</p><p>3. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and managing correspondence.</p><p>4. Coordinate and prioritize incoming tasks, ensuring they are handled in a timely and efficient manner.</p><p>5. Conduct research and provide insightful analysis on various topics to support the CEO’s decision-making process.</p><p>6. Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and board meetings.</p><p>7. Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agenda creation and documentation of meeting minutes.</p><p>8. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.</p><p>9. Other duties as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.</p><p>2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.</p><p>3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.</p><p>4. Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar.</p><p>5. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.</p><p>6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.</p><p>7. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.</p><p>9.
