<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION β INSIDE SERVICE EXECUTIVE </strong></p><p>The duties of this position are set out as below. </p><p><strong>Service: </strong></p><ol><li>Ownership of the process of Inside Service. </li><li>Supporting the field Service with all the back-office service work. </li><li>Preparing proposal of engineering projects/services (estimated engineering hours, and all </li><li>applicable project costs, etc.). </li><li>Ensures that engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual </li><li>requirements. </li><li>Maintaining and tracking progress of all Annual Maintenance Contracts </li><li>Maintaining the data of Service Issue Tracker on SharePoint </li><li>Identifying technical requirements of parts needed for machine, from machine </li><li>manuals/drawing/lay-out and manufacturerβs technical information. </li><li>Assign or schedule tasks to and coordinates work with all levels in service – Engineers and </li><li>Managers; for new machine projects installation, commissioning and troubleshooting services. </li><li>Ensuring that all requirements (drawings, lay-outs, foundations, etc.) for machine installation </li><li>and commissioning are communicated to Service Engineers and customers. </li><li>Handling the full process of machine parts received from customers for diagnosis and repairs. </li><li>Responsible for service management to customers, keep communicating and cooperating with </li><li>headquarters for service strategy setup and solutions. </li><li>Managing Call Escalations β identify and track any issues with an account, according to call </li><li>escalation procedure, to reach resolution. </li></ol><p>13. Informing the Accounts on invoicing for services after job/project completion </p><p><strong>Spareparts: </strong></p><ol><li>Preparation of Quotes for machine Spareparts in cloud-based software – Zoho. No commercial negotiations to be handled. </li><li>Collaborating with Application/sales and service team for upselling of machine parts. </li><li>Review customers Purchase Orders against quotation provided and associated clarifications, </li><li>address any anomalies, request customer PO amendments where required. </li><li>Process orders into business system, ensuring all relevant information is included and to </li></ol><p>communicate order requirements to relevant suppliers and colleagues across the business. </p><ol><li>Issuance of Purchase orders and tracking them With KBL /KBW and maintain data on </li><li>SharePoint. </li><li>Collaborates with the Supply Chain function to ensure that technical requirements for </li><li>equipment are communicated and ordering movement of parts. </li></ol><p><br></p><p>Write to us with your resume at hello@whizzhr.com</p><p><br></p><p>Warm regards,</p><p>Whizz HR</p><p>www.whizzhr.com</p><p></p>
