<p><strong><u>Job Purpose:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Management of the full Bacardi portfolio across all channels, including leading growth driver and category planning, execution of brand activations, management of A&amp;P, overseeing forecasting and supply planning and engagement of channel and market commercial teams</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>In this role you will have the amazing opportunity to:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>To develop, produce and execute annual strategy and portfolio/category plans.</li><li>Commercial responsibility around contract negotiations, budgets, pricing, P&amp;L</li><li>To supply monthly financial/ brand reports to principals and to MMI senior management so that they have up to date information on sales performance and progress against marketing plans by agreed deadlines.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring the implementation and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activity</li><li>Responsible for routine and ad-hoc brand and category performance to outline key market trends, plus making recommendations to address or exploit issues and opportunities</li><li>Responsible for managing the brand/brand group budget. Need to issue LPOs to the approved suppliers, seeking senior manager approval where necessary, so that all spend is correctly monitored.</li><li>Responsible for briefing, development and internal communication of Brand Growth Drivers. To communicate promotional mechanics and objectives to the commercial channels sufficiently in advance so that effective sell in can be executed.</li><li>To work with the commercial channels to ensure that both they and customers fully understand promotional mechanics and logistics.</li><li>To liaise with agencies and other third parties to ensure that promotional and point of purchase materials are produced on time and within budgeted cost.</li><li>To keep the A&amp;P controller, finance, fully informed on spend vs budget and so that variances to plans can be highlighted to management.</li><li>Perform other duties as requested by the Line Manager</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Selection Criteria:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>β€’ 5+ years of Category or Customer Marketing experience in AlcBev or similar industries </p><p>β€’ Good working knowledge of off-trade retail and HORECA channel </p><p>β€’ Effective sales, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills </p><p>β€’ Category plan development and execution </p><p>β€’ Effective problem solver and decision maker </p><p>β€’ Brand cost management </p><p>β€’ Ability to analyse data and specific market information</p><p>β€’ University Degree </p><p>β€’ International Educated </p><p>β€’ Existing liquor experience</p><p></p>
