<p>To act as a liaison between the Visual Merchandise department and other functions to ensure</p><p>productivity while communicating and implementing the visual merchandising standards that</p><ul><li>support the brand image</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Operational</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and ensure proper flow of all ongoing visual merchandising projects in</li></ul><p>order to meet stated deadlines</p><ul><li>Assist in the development and creation of all visual merchandising educational</li></ul><p>materials, specifically ‘how to’ manuals and standards manuals</p><ul><li>Prepare and collate artwork and images for circulars and seasonal look books</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and finance department by communicating with</li></ul><p>agencies and suppliers regarding all visual merchandise concerns</p><ul><li>Assist stores with floorset planning and provide feedback to stores on visual strengths and opportunities</li><li>Provide stores with all tools necessary to succeed in visual execution as well as manage fixture, prop inventories and allocations for stores</li><li>Travel occasionally to stores, when required, to observe and keep track of performance and visual setups in order to point out areas for improvement</li><li>Keep track of the marketing requirements and specifications of each store and align visual merchandise practices with the store</li><li>Coordinate the outlined plan for store teams on visual standards and expectations with appropriate training and understanding of company policies</li><li>Coordinate with buyers and merchandisers to follow up on stock availability</li><li>Ensure that managers in visual merchandising are updated and provided with all relevant information and avoid any discrepancies that could occur in communication channels</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge and Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Good Organizational and Communications Skills</li><li>Ability to Multitask</li><li>Basic Problem Solving Skills</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>1 to 3 years’ experience in any Retail Related Field</li><li>Preference given to candidates with a background in Retail, Visual Merchandise or Marketing</li></ul>
