<p>Looking for Sr. BMS Engineer,</p><p><br></p><p>Experience: 6 Yrs</p><p>Duty Hours: 10 Hrs</p><p>Project Duration: 2 years</p><p>Location: Doha</p><p>Salary: QR 6000</p><p><br></p><p>Roles And Responsibility:</p><p>Sr. BMS Engineer with 6+ years experience.</p><p>1.· Excellent English verbal and Email communication skill</p><p>2.General BMS with HVAC control knowledge</p><p>3.Field sensor and instruments experiences (Air/Water and flow/pressure)</p><p>4.DDC (Compact, Modular), FCU &amp; VAV controllers, programming knowledge as per Sequence of Operation</p><p>5.Control of VFD, Air Handling, VAV, FCU and its functional knowledge</p><p>6.Chiller and Chilled Water Pump control programming</p><p>7. 3rdparty Integration [Modbus / BACnet/Lon works/ IP Protocols….]</p><p>8.BACnet/MSTP, Modbus/RS485, BACnet/IP, Modbus/IP, KNX, OPC protocol knowledge</p><p>9.Control and monitoring BMS points, and related components.</p><p>10.Networking basic and interfaces with 3rd party system</p><p>11.Graphics online verification and trouble shoot experience</p><p>12.Generating front end Graphics</p><p>13.Testing and troubleshooting of above listed items</p><p>14.Entire BMS System maintenance experience</p><p>15.Managing and supervision of site, Operations and maintenance activities</p><p>16. Handling Customer and day to day activities updation and reporting</p><p>17. Preparation of site activities progress reports and on time updation to customer</p><p>18.Monitoring the CAFM system task releases and action for the on time closing to avoid penalties</p><p>19.Ontime response to Customer on mails and calls</p><p>20.Meetings with Customer</p><p>21. Monitoring and controlling of Maintenance, Operations and Corrective actions reporting process</p><p>22.
