<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Act as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand in the Boutique. Welcome, advise and guide a clientele loyal to up-market products in compliance with the quality standards defined in the Nespresso service offering and attain the sales targets<br><br><strong>Your responsibilities would be to:<br><br></strong>Set up the Boutique and contribute to the maintenance of the boutique appearance according to company policy (well-ordered, correct equipment, properly presented) which includes filling the display cubicles with capsules, machines and accessories on a daily basis<br><br>Provide customer care by welcoming the Boutique clientele and identifying their needs that results in the maximization of the sales of all the Nespresso products presented in the Boutique (coffee, machines and accessories).<br><br>Ensure accurate customer data base by actively managing the database daily and permanently updating customer records<br><br>Deliver Boutique operations excellence by carrying sales of Nespresso products presented in the Boutique to achieve individual and boutique targets<br><br>Inscribe new Boutique customers, open their account, present the Boutique and Club services, and assisting them in their selection during their first purchase.<br><br>Comply with all safety and health related corporate policies by ensuring safe working conditions in addition to making sure that the different areas in the Boutique are in accordance with the international guidelines<br><br><strong>You must have the following:<br><br></strong>1 to 2 years of professional experience in direct customer sales on top of the line products &amp; services<br><br>2 years of specialized training in customer relations &amp; sales<br><br>Willingness to work with challenging hours: evening shifts, Saturday or Sunday shifts<br><br>Good in oral communication for each type of customer (open minded, listening, understanding of the customer’s needs and capture customer’s interest)<br><br><strong>Other attributes that we are looking for:<br><br></strong>Embrace Nespresso values – Strong ethics and integrity<br><br>Interest in our products and in coffee in particular<br><br>Self-driven and entrepreneurial<br><br>Customer Centric and ability to multi-task
