You will work with our internal teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions that will enable us to better manage our HR functions. You will also collaborate with our technical team to troubleshoot issues and ensure that our system is running smoothly.<p><br></p>If you are a highly skilled Oracle HR EBS Techno Functional Consultant looking to grow your career in the banking industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Interacting with the Project Manager and the Functional Consultants to understand the Business Process of BSF</li><li>Providing technical requirements for setting up the development environment and test benches to the Technical Administrator</li><li>Configure and Customize the Package as per the Requirements Study</li><li>Talent Support for all modules</li><li>Integration of cloud modules with EBS and other on-prem applications</li><li>ERP projects activities (mainly HR)</li><li>Documentation of all developments required</li><li>Analyze, create and document business processes and workflow</li><li>Implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Modules (Global HR-Global Payroll-OTL-Benefits-etc.)</li><li>Completing project deliverables using the Oracle Application Implementation Methodology</li><li>project deliverables in both English and Arabic)</li><li>Assessing the business requirements and mapping it to the Application</li><li>Conducting presentations and live demos for clarifying and resolving any issues the customer may have regarding the Application</li><li>Uploading data sheets with Data loader</li><li>Perform business tests/pilots with clients</li><li>Perform End User Training</li><li>Prepare Future Business Practices in HR and Payroll and SSHR Modules</li><li>Conduct the CRP sessions (Conference Room Pilot) and gather the functionality gaps</li><li>Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT)</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Science or any degree with expertise in computer systems</li><li>8+ years of working experience in ERP implementation functional and technical banking applications including Oracle HRMS, and in addition to technical Oracle PL/SQL</li><li>Should be exposed to Project Management methodologies</li><li>Should have excellent communication skills</li><li>In depth knowledge of the banking business, for which IT solutions are being provided</li><li>Conceptual knowledge of capabilities, limitations, and functional applications of information technology. </li><li>Awareness of latest technology solutions and trends in the IT Industry for the business solutions</li><li>Excellent understanding of the Software development methodologies, architecture tools</li><li>Thorough knowledge of Bank’s operations environment and technical infrastructure</li><li>Shall be able to estimate effort and evaluate high level design and architecture. </li><li>Minimum 6 years’ experience in implementation / support in oracle Financial modules – General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Payables, Receivables, Financial Accounting Hub,</li><li>Minimum 6 years’ experience in oracle HR Cloud including all modules</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in development, customization, personalization, troubleshooting etc</li><li>Strong in oracle forms, reports, interfaces</li><li>Raising Service request with oracle for critical issues</li><li>Experience in Analytical, time management skills</li><li>Experience in EBS integration with third party systems</li><li>Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)</li><li>Oracle fusion knowledge of most of ERP modules is an added value</li><li>Knowledge of Oracle database</li><li>Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL & SQL languages</li><li>OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) is preferred and added value</li><li>Project Management certification is an added value</li><li>Certificates on courses such as:</li><li> Oracle HCM Implementation Workshops</li><li> Oracle R12 E-Business Suite Essentials for Implementers</li><li> Oracle R12 E-Business Suite General Ledger Management Fundamentals</li><li> Oracle R12 Receivables Management Fundamentals</li><li> Oracle R12 Payables Management Fundamentals</li><li> Oracle R12 Cash Management Fundamentals</li><li> Agile software development</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Attractive salaries</li><li>Social & Medical insurance</li><li>Healthy environment</li></ul>
