<p>Tashelat Marketing Company – JV Aramco TotalEnergies is looking for Civil Project Engineer and driven individual to join in our team, this is your big chance and opportunity to work with a Top Growing Brands Companies in Oil downstream retail in KSA and Join a growing campaign that provides a collaborative environment and growth opportunity!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Finalizing timescales, costs, and resources required with consultant &amp; contractor</li><li>Submit overall project delivery plans for the Project Manager’s (CM) review and approval.</li><li>Develop detailed scopes of work for consultancy and contractor as required and submit for review and approval by CM.</li><li>Manage, and liaise with consultancy teams and contractors concerning planning, design, and construction.</li><li>Ensure health &amp; safety requirements are met across all projects.</li><li>Manage the design development of projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and the appointed design consultants.</li><li>Responsible for Supervising to ensure proper execution of the contract.</li><li>Manage a multi-disciplinary team internally and externally.</li><li>Ensure each project stage is completed on time, on budget, and to specified quality levels.</li><li>Report regularly on project progress</li><li>Report and resolve any issues or delays.</li><li>Manage several projects simultaneously with the support of Project Engineers</li><li>Ensure compliance with the requirements of the contract.</li><li>Supervise work in accordance with the approved schedule</li><li>Monitor cost aspects of the project within direct control and forecast final costs, identify trends, and take action to avoid cost overruns.</li><li>Contribute to compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Focus the relevant team members on achieving milestones and other key project objectives.</li><li>Accurate, timely, and effective reporting to the Project Manager</li><li>Manages inter-discipline interfaces effectively</li><li>Monitor work in progress and prepares a weekly reports of the status of the activity.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Successful Applicant</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>Academic Background</strong>: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with relevant certificate.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Possess 5 Years minimum experience in Oil &amp; Gas Construction.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
