<strong>Job Description And Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> POSITION SUMMARY </li></ul><p><br></p>This role will report directly to the Regional TA Director – MEET to be base in Dharan Techno Valley (DTV), Al Khobar with frequent travel to Duba for a year. After which this role will join our joint venture, Neom Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) and relocate on a full-time basis to Duba, Saudi Arabia.<p><br></p>The TA Specialist will develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates by using multiple sourcing tools like research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, referrals, market mapping, etc. Develop Talent Mapping reports for specific companies including competitors and/or identified critical positions.<ul><li> PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES </li><li> Identify, screen and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team based on the provided job description </li><li> Work with Government entities, Universities, and trade schools to identify local National talent </li><li> Recruit passive candidates with the mentality to “profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation”, rather than sell a role </li><li> Be the talent acquisition interface to key stakeholders, build and maintain a strong internal network, utilize external networks. </li><li> Partner proactively with Hiring managers, HR partners and HR Community of expertise colleagues to drive the talent acquisition process through phases and execute against recruiting plan. </li><li> Manage business leader expectations on talent availability and advise on balance between speed and quality. </li><li> Anticipate changing needs of hiring manager and business to adjust planning accordingly. </li><li> Execute the talent acquisition process on ATS </li><li> Activities accountable/responsible for include:</li><ul><li> Conduct Intake Meeting and Generate Aligned Intake Summary; </li><li> Prepare and Execute Sourcing Strategy; </li><li> Review and Shortlist Diverse Applicants; </li><li> Conduct Calibration Discussion with Manager; </li><li> Monitor Interview Scheduling; </li><li> Conduct Pre-Interview Call to Candidate and Feedback Call with Candidate post Interviews; </li><li> Conduct Interview Debrief Meeting with Manager; </li><li> Prepare Initial Offer and Send to Manager and HR Partner for review and feedback; </li><li> Extend offer to Candidate and Seek Their Acceptance. </li><li> Co-ordinate with mobilization/ onboarding team to ensure candidate joining on time. </li></ul><li> Follow the company’s procurement process to identify, leverage and manage external sourcing partners (agencies or solution providers) against targets and budget as needed, collaborate with in-house Sourcer as well according to the sourcing strategy, to cast a wide net in sourcing candidate. </li><li> Manage KPIs include but not limited to:</li><ul><li> Time-to-accept/fill </li><li> Cost per hire </li><li> Quality of hire </li><li> Diversity hiring </li></ul><li> Other duties as assigned by manager </li><li> International, Regional, and Site travel is required to successfully perform this role </li><li> MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS </li><li> Bachelor’s Degree </li><li> 2-5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition </li><li> Broad knowledge and demonstrated success, utilizing Internet and Social Media strategies for identifying passive and active candidate pools, internal and external databases, meet ups/blogs, cold calling, and research </li><li> Proven ability to work with various recruitment models (RPO/headhunting/direct sourcing) and to manage a large and diverse requisition workload </li><li> Familiarity and good relationship with the different government entities and universities in Saudi Arabia </li><li> Business and results orientation with a passion for people </li><li> Strong persuasion and negotiation skills </li><li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li> Self-motivated and high attention to detail </li><li> Good ability to drive delivery in a positive and professional manner and work to tight deadlines </li><li> Understanding and experience using Recruiting related technologies, e.g. web-based applicant tracking systems, internet search engines, MS Office programs like Excel, Word and Powerpoint </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Req No.</strong><p><br></p>45328BR<p><br></p><strong>Employment Status</strong><p><br></p>Full Time<p><br></p><strong>Organization</strong><p><br></p>Corporate<p><br></p><strong>Business Sector / Division</strong><p><br></p>Human Resources<p><br></p><strong>Region</strong><p><br></p>Middle East, Egypt, Turkey (MEET)<p><br></p><strong>Country</strong><p><br></p>Saudi Arabia
