Marketing Coordinator – MDLBEAST (Venues Department)<p><br></p>We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join MDLBEAST’s Venues marketing department as a Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Membership Manager – Venues, you will provide essential administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth execution of various marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include assisting with marketing purchase orders, creating marketing presentations, updating holiday schedules, and performing other related tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of MDLBEAST and be a part of a dynamic team within the entertainment industry.<p><br></p><strong><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></strong><p><br></p>Administrative Support:<p><br></p><ul><li>Assist the marketing team in managing administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organising departmental documents.</li><li>Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and other forms of communication, ensuring prompt and professional responses.</li><li>Maintain accurate records, including contact lists, distribution lists, and marketing project files.</li><li>Prepare and submit expense reports, purchase orders, and other financial documents as required.</li></ul><p><br></p>Marketing Purchase orders:<p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and submit purchase orders for marketing-related expenses.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.</li><li>Monitor budgets and expenditures, assisting with tracking and reconciling invoices as needed.</li><li>Maintain a well-organized system for tracking purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.</li></ul><p><br></p>Marketing Presentations:<p><br></p><ul><li>Assist in creating visually appealing and compelling marketing presentations using Google Slides.</li><li>Gather and compile data, statistics, and information to support the development of marketing presentations.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure presentations are accurate, consistent, and align with brand guidelines.</li><li>Assist with formatting, proofreading, and editing presentations to ensure a professional and polished final product.</li></ul><p><br></p>Holiday/ Business Travel Updates:<p><br></p><ul><li>Update and maintain the holiday/business travel schedule for the marketing department, ensuring accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Coordinate with HR and other relevant departments to align holiday/business travel schedules company-wide.</li><li>Communicate holiday & business travel updates and reminders to the marketing team and other stakeholders as necessary.</li></ul><p><br></p>Team Collaboration:<p><br></p><ul><li>Work closely with the marketing team to assist with ad-hoc tasks, projects, and initiatives as required.</li><li>Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, actively participating in team meetings and discussions.</li><li>Provide support during marketing events, including setup, logistics coordination, and on-site assistance if needed.</li><li>Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to improve departmental processes and enhance overall efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p>Marketing Coordinator – MDLBEAST Venues<p><br></p>To ensure that we find the most suitable candidate for this role, we kindly request the following job requirements:<p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a marketing or advertising department.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant software applications.</li><li>Familiarity with purchase order systems and financial processes is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of marketing principles and terminology will be beneficial.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>A passion for the entertainment industry and an understanding of current marketing trends is desirable.</li></ul><p><br></p>Note: This job description is intended to outline the general responsibilities and qualifications of the position.
