You will be responsible for monitoring guest satisfaction and taking steps to address any issues that arise.</li><li>Lead, train, and supervise a team of butlers, ensuring they deliver personalized and attentive service to guests.</li><li>Develop and implement training programs to enhance butlers’ skills in guest interaction, etiquette, and housekeeping standards.</li><li>Schedule and assign tasks to butlers, including housekeeping duties, ensuring adequate coverage to meet guest needs.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between the resort and the Recreation Service Provider (e.g., water sports, excursions), ensuring smooth coordination and delivery of services.</li><li>Coordinate with yacht providers and transportation services to ensure smooth and efficient transfers for guests.</li><li>Collaborate with the Recreation Service Provider to develop activity schedules, monitor availability, and address any guest concerns or special requests.</li><li>Maintain a strong working relationship with the Recreation Service Provider, conducting regular meetings to discuss guest feedback, service improvements, and performance evaluations.</li><li>Monitor guest feedback and reviews, promptly addressing any concerns or issues related to both guest services and housekeeping.</li><li>Establish and enforce service standards and procedures for butlers to ensure consistent and high-quality guest interactions.</li><li>Budgeting and forecasting: You will be responsible for developing and managing budgets for the guest services department, as well as forecasting future needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A degree in hospitality management or a related field and previous experience in a yacht / private villa is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in a guest service and housekeeping or management role within the hospitality industry.</li><li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.</li><li>Engaging and charismatic professional adept at interacting with UHNWI.</li><li>Knowledge of guest service standards and procedures in a luxury yacht or a private villa/island setting.</li><li>Ability to handle guest complaints or difficult situations in a professional and efficient manner.</li><li>Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to hotel operations.</li><li>Ability to adapt to island living conditions and work in remote environments.</li><li>Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure smooth island operations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Endurance for standing and mobility throughout the shift.</li><li>Ability to endure hot temperatures when working outdoors during the shift.</li><li>Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone, face-to-face and in writing.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>For more information about Red Sea Global, visit:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Website</strong>: https://www.redseaglobal.com/en</li><li><strong>YouTube</strong>: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ySGZwubomw</li><li><strong>Twitter</strong>: @TheRedSeaGlobal</li></ul>
