Organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and organizing short and long-term calendars<p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc</li><li>Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate</li><li>Maintains schedule for senior management, ensuring that all relevant matters are reported to senior management as well as matters that require immediate attention</li><li>Opens and screens mail addressed to the Senior management, answers routine mail independently and routes other mail with background material as necessary</li><li>Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)</li><li>Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure</li><li>Acts as liaison in coordinating matters between the Senior management Office and other department heads and managers</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Saudi National</li><li>Communication Skills</li><li>Organization Skills</li><li>Time management</li><li>skills Multitasking</li><li>Bilingual ( Arabic &amp; English )</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Key Experiences:</strong><p><br></p>Bachelor’s degree in the law field.<p><br></p>2 – 3 years of experience in the related field.
