We would like to have an outside strategy consultant guide our Board and key staff members in creating this plan. We are ready to go to the next level with our nonprofit organization. We are located in a small rural Missouri county and need an experienced strategy consultant to help guide our Board and key leaders in the development of a long-term business strategy plan. We have contacted several organizations within a few hours of our location, and they want a minimum of $10,000 or more to do this. While we understand the importance of what we need done and the value of a skilled facilitator, we would be open to Zoom sessions to help us build our strategy plan.

On June 24th we had an outside consultant come in, and held a 3 hour vision session, to get us preparing for developing a strategy plan. This was paid for by a grant we were awarded.

Once strategy planning is completed, our board members and key leaders would hold each other accountable. In addition, at each board meeting we would spend time reviewing and ensuring we are moving forward and meeting each of our key milestones. We would most likely create a task force to oversee that we are following up with the goals we agreed upon, or utilize our executive committee to oversee this.

This project can be done remotely.
