<strong>About The Job</strong><p><br></p>We are looking for our new Channel strategy manager who will be in charge of Establishing a strategy per channel with a purpose of identifying high value partners and generating maximum revenue.<p><br></p><strong>Responsabilities</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>STRATEGIC CHANNELS PLANS BUILDING </u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead the building, development, and delivery of strategic channel plans. </li><li>Define channel targeting strategy, identify and prioritize audience segments to best support the objectives. </li><li>Lead channel budget allocations for all channels assessing anticipated ROI of investments. </li><li>Collaborate and develop relationships with clients, internal teams and partner agencies to understand the feasibility of cross-channel recommendations / plans. </li><li>Identify key data points and measurements to show the impact of our approach and strategy on the channel’s business. </li><li>Ensure excellent data insight, management, and quality strategies are implemented for the client. </li><li>Monitor performance of marketing plans against client objectives and be able to make recommendations to optimize. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>SCOPE </u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Design and execute Next Steps PICOS by Channel Segmentation, Portfolio, MSL, Picture of success</li><li>Design cooler strategy, execution and post-mortem</li><li>Animation &amp; monitoring of Picos operationalization with sales team. </li></ul> About you<p><br></p><strong>Profile </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>You have a master Degree in Business School, with minimum 8 years of expercience. </li><li>If you have an experience in FMCG it is a plus. </li><li>You show a strong understanding of differences in channels, shoppers, occasions, customers. </li><li>You manage competition mapping and building anti-competition plan for 3 years. </li><li>You use data and research to drive decisions. </li><li>You have an experience in translating data analysis into actionable recommendations and presentations. </li><li>You must have superior time management and interpersonal skills. </li><li>You desire to take on new challenges, grow and learn every day. </li><li>You are able to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>About Us</strong><p><br></p>At Centrale Danone, we believe that each time we eat and drink, we can vote for the world we want.
