<p>Our client, one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector, is seeking for a <strong>Brand and Product Marketing Associate Manager.</strong> for their newly established hub in Tunis.</p><p><br></p><p>The Brand and Product Marketing Associate Manager contributes to define and implement (with the guidance of the Marketing Manager) the omnichannel marketing strategy of Promosport in Tunisia with the aim of building the most satisfying brand and product experience for the customer across the channels and maximize the revenue</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>βͺ Analyzing and monitoring the performance of betting and gaming products </p><p>βͺ Constant monitoring and benchmarking of competitors </p><p>βͺ Analyzing the market, the costumer profile and behaviors and, together with the HQ Product Team, identifying the areas of intervention to innovate and improve the offer in order to increase the customer base </p><p>βͺ Brand Management, defining the unique positioning guaranteeing the consistency of the image throughout the touchpoints </p><p>βͺ Product launch: management of the go-to-market of new product content/features, defining the proposition (key selling messages), the timing and the activation and promotion initiatives </p><p>βͺ Planning and executing the Communication campaigns, identifying and coordinating the agencies, and managing the media plan and spending </p><p>βͺ Developing and implementing the promotional calendar and activities, including real-time initiatives, of Promosport across all the channels </p><p>βͺ Together with the Online and Retail team, support the design of the best Omnichannel Customer journey in order to provide the more satisfying and frictionless experience </p><p>βͺ Supporting the drafting of the betting products and marketing plan </p><p>βͺ Ensuring the deployment of the Responsible Gaming strategy and standards </p><p>βͺ Support the management on monitoring of the marketing budget under the supervision of the Marketing Manager </p><p>βͺ Prepare contract and ODA of suppliers/service providers for Promosport activities and manage them on APPIAN and SAP</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who you are: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>βͺ You have a previous experience in product management or marketing of at least 3/5 years</p><p>βͺ You have passion and knowledge of sport and/or betting world and preferably experience in the betting/gaming sector;</p><p>βͺ You have a Master’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering;</p><p>βͺ You have excellent aptitude for teamwork and working to objectives;</p><p>βͺ You have proactivity and great spirit of initiative;</p><p>βͺ You have strong interpersonal and communication skills;</p><p>βͺ You have excellent knowledge of the Office package;</p><p>βͺ You have well spoken and written English;</p><p>βͺ You know social channels and new digital trends about sport and sport betting.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work environment:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Our client is a growing company that actively creates opportunities for young people, with a strong focus on training.</li><li>International and multicultural environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>If you recognize yourself in this profile, please do not hesitate to contact us.
