<p>Our client, one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector, is seeking for an <strong>Customer Operations Team Leader</strong> for their newly established hub in Tunis.</p><p><br></p><p>Under the under the Retail Responsible supervision, the Operation Responsible will be in charge of defining the Service Level Agreement and rules.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>▪ You wil ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way</p><p>▪ Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices</p><p>▪ Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant</p><p>▪ Formulate strategic and operational objectives</p><p>▪ Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability</p><p>▪ Manage budgets and forecasts</p><p>▪ Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs</p><p>▪ Find ways to increase quality of customer service</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who you are: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>▪ You have 2+ year experience in the role.</p><p>▪ Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role</p><p>▪ Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management</p><p>▪ Experience budgeting and forecasting</p><p>▪ Familiarity with business and financial principles</p><p>▪ Excellent communication skills</p><p>▪ Leadership ability</p><p>▪ Outstanding organisational skills</p><p>▪ You are responsible and organized, respectful and respectable towards your team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work environment:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Our client is a growing company that actively creates opportunities for young people, with a strong focus on training.</li><li>International and multicultural environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>If you recognize yourself in this profile, please do not hesitate to contact us.
