<p><strong>The Organization</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>MTI Consulting (www.mtiworldwide.com) is an international strategy consultancy – having carried out over 680 assignments in 51 countries over the last 26 years.&nbsp;</li><li>We operate via 6 regional offices, i.e., Africa (Rwanda), Asia-Pacific (Australia), Europe (England), Middle East (Bahrain), North America (Canada), and South Asia (Sri Lanka). This is augmented with Project Offices and MTI Associates, including in Africa.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Role&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>This is primarily a Business Development Role (representing MTI Consulting in Djibouti) – open to both individuals and professional services firms in Djibouti. It will be on a performance-based pay basis – the rewards will be based on new business generated.</li><li>As a secondary role (optional), you could be involved in the delivery of the Consulting Project, specifically in Research, Analytics, Client Interface, Presentations Development, etc.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Person&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Individuals or Professional Services Firms – with extensive Corporate Contacts in one or more of the following domains – Technology &amp; Telecommunications / Banking &amp; Financial Services / Government (State-owned Enterprises, Regulatory bodies) / Energy / Logistics &amp; Infrastructure / Consumer Products &amp; Retailing / Agriculture / Diversified Groups / Education / Healthcare / Travel</li><li>5 years of experience in Management Consulting and Business Development</li></ul>
