We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team at Cilantro as we are currently seeking a talented HR Admin Assistant to join us.<br><br>𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:<br>5 working days “Fridays and Saturdays” off.<br>Working Hours: 8 hours.<br>Location: Maadi<br><br>𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:<br>- Responsible for receiving and delivering papers and documents. <br>- Responsible for attendance files. <br>- Recording data on the system.<br><br>𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞:<br>- Minimum one year of experience in the insurance field. <br>- Proficient in dealing with government entities, especially insurance and labor offices. <br>- Good knowledge of Excel and Word. <br>- Friendly and cooperative attitude.<br>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>- Good-looking appearance. <br>- Available for a full-time job<br>- Ability to work under pressure<br><br>𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫:<br>- A very competitive package.<br>- Personal Development Evaluation: To help you reach your fullest potentials.<br>- Flexibility: We believe in accountability and trust.<br>- Canteen: If you put a lot of energy into your work, you have to recharge your batteries now and then, too.
