Your key responsibilities will include:</p><p><br></p><p>1. <strong>Strategic Planning:</strong> Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to ensure the organization’s growth, competitive advantage, and alignment with the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape in Abu Dhabi.</p><p>2. <strong>Project Management:</strong> Lead and oversee healthcare projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and effective resource utilization. Projects may involve process improvements, technology implementations, and patient care enhancements.</p><p>3. <strong>Market Analysis:</strong> Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities, assess competition, and recommend strategies for increasing our market presence and penetration.</p><p>4. <strong>Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical staff, administration, finance, and IT, to implement strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals and deliver positive patient outcomes.</p><p>5. <strong>Performance Evaluation:</strong> Evaluate the effectiveness of existing healthcare programs and services, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.</p><p>6. <strong>Regulatory Compliance:</strong> Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in Abu Dhabi and ensure the organization’s adherence to all relevant standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:</p><p><br></p><p>1. UAE National.</p><p>2. Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications will be advantageous.</p><p>3. Proven experience in health care, strategic planning, project management, and process improvement within the health care sector.</p><p>4. Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry in Abu Dhabi, including trends, challenges, and regulatory framework.</p><p>5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.</p><p>6. Effective leadership and communication skills to engage and motivate teams.</p><p>7.
