Join our team and be part of a dynamic work environment where excellence and a passion for wellness are valued.</p><p><br></p>Job Description<p>As an A/C Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems and equipment. Additionally, you will also be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene throughout the club according to established standards. Your expertise in air conditioning systems will contribute to creating a comfortable and controlled environment for our members and staff.</p><ul><li>Install, inspect, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems, equipment, and components according to established procedures and safety guidelines.</li><li>Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities on air conditioning systems, documenting any deficiencies or needs for repairs, and promptly notifying management.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot air conditioning system issues, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems effectively.</li><li>Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and handling of tools and equipment.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures related to air conditioning system maintenance and cleaning.</li><li>Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure a clean and presentable environment for our members and visitors.</li><li>Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.</li><li>Organize and maintain supply rooms, ensuring cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and readily available when needed.</li><li>Assist members and visitors with any inquiries or requests in a polite and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a high standard of maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene throughout the club.</li><li>Perform any other related duties as required by the management team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as an A/C Specialist or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in multiple areas.</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Ability to write and read in English to report work-related issues.</li><li>Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>Benefits<p>Competitive Salary:</p><ul><li>Competitive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience</li></ul><p>F&amp;B Discount:</p><ul><li>50% discount at the gym’s café “The DOSE” for all food and beverages items produced in house</li></ul><p>Full Access to SEVEN’s Gym &amp; Classes:</p><ul><li>Full access to SEVEN’s state-of-the-art gym facilities and a wide range of fitness classes</li></ul><p>Provided Uniform:</p><ul><li>Provided uniform for work, ensuring a professional and consistent appearance</li></ul><p>UAE Employment benefits:</p><ul><li>UAE Limited Labour Visa for 2 years (with the option to extend)</li><li>Medical insurance coverage</li><li>30 days of annual leave</li><li>Yearly flight tickets to home country</li></ul><p>Employee Recognition &amp; Rewards:</p><ul><li>Recognition programs in place to acknowledge and reward exceptional performance and achievements</li></ul>
